Utility bill auditing is key to identifying utility refunds and reducing future costs. Many companies may not be aware that utility bill auditing will not only provide a refund but can help them save thousands of dollars every year.

Utility Invoice Errors (Nearly 80% have errors)

• Customers are responsible for      verifying the accuracy of their utility bills after receiving them, as      stated by utility providers.
• Auditing has found that a      significant portion of invoices contain errors.

Many companies assume their utility bills are routinely monitored or audited. When given the chance to examine these supposedly monitored bills we always uncover errors, even if a procurement company or utility auditor has previously reviewed them.

No Up-Front Fees

Invoices are evaluated for past errors, overpayments, and rate inaccuracies. In many cases, errors are overlooked by existing monitoring services; independent reviews can reveal additional issues. This process involves no up-front investment or risk for clients.

Documentation Filing

All relevant paperwork related to refunds or credits is handled, and an in-person meeting is not needed. Providing one month’s billing data enables assessment of potential savings or refunds. Documentation is submitted to the utility company on behalf of the client.

Fee Structure

Refunds are issued directly to the client by the utility provider. If no refund is found, there is no fee charged. If a refund is obtained, a fee of 50% is charged to the client.

We do not share in any future savings; the client keeps 100%.
